I truly enjoy the outdoors, and I love transformations. So it’s no surprise that I enjoy planting flowers and succulents for my yard and watching them grow, bloom and prosper.

I realized many years ago that transformative actions were what I loved most about working in People and Culture as well, from growing startup organizations from a greenfield environment, to M&A due diligence and integrations, and even revamping policies or benefit plans. Successful and purposeful tranformations can lead to amazing shifts in the culture and enable businesses to move forward.

I have over 25 years of HR experience, spending most of my career in leadership roles. I have had the pleasure of working and learning in many industries, including manufacturing, aerospace and defense, healthcare, direct sales, and construction. I also have enjoyed not only leading as a generalist, but overseeing functional people departments as well, such as recruitment, HRIS and payroll, and compensation.
